How do I access all of the online meeting content so I can successfully participate in this new virtual meeting format?

The first step is to see the Orientation email that most registrants were sent on Monday, September 14th to confirm your registration tier (those registered on or after September 14th will receive an email shortly after registering). This email contains important information for a successful meeting experience.

    Basic tier registrants:

In your orientation email, you were given a link to the WBC LIVE meeting site based on how you registered (i.e. if you registered through ASBC or Master Brewers). It's very important that all Basic tier registrants access the content through the organization you registered through. This information (and access links) were provided to you in the orientation email referenced above.

Once on the WBC LIVE meeting site, click the Basic Tier tab to access all of the available content under your registration tier.

If you determine that you want access to more content at any time, simply modify your registration to upgrade to a Premium or Boundless tier. If you upgrade your registration, you will have access to the WBC Connect web and mobile apps. If you experience any issues with modifying your registration, please contact us at the WBC Virtual Help Desk.

    Premium and Boundless registrants:

ALL of the LIVE congress content can be accessed through our WBC Connect web app. BOOKMARK the app so that you can find it every time you need to! You will be asked to log in using your email address and registration number (found in your orientation email). Take a moment now to familiarize yourself with the app. Start to build your schedule, view the ePosters, browse the list of attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors, and MUCH MORE!

Miss a LIVE session? View the content on-demand If you don’t see an option for “WBC Connect 2020” under “Events,” use the three-lined menu icon (sometimes referred to as a “hamburger icon”) located in the upper right hand of your screen and select “Sync App Data”. Once syncing has been completed, look for “WBC Connect 2020” once again under “Events.”

If you have any trouble downloading the APS mobile app or accessing and/or navigating inside the WBC Connect 2020 event section, contact us via the Virtual Help Desk and we will help troubleshoot your issues.

How do I view this year’s ePosters?

ePosters are available to Premium and Boundless registrants only. All WBC Connect 2020 ePosters are viewable electronically through our new ePoster tool and you'll find a link to connect to ePosters directly in the web or mobile apps. Create an account and participate in discussion threads about individual posters and correspond with presenting authors.

If you are not a Premium or Boundless registrant and would like to view the ePosters, Upgrade your Registration.

How do I ask a Poster Presenter a question or begin a discussion?

Each ePoster has its own unique discussion thread. Viewers of each ePoster can view and contribute to the discussion thread by tapping on the chat icon when viewing the ePoster. You will be asked to sign in if you are not already signed in. If you do not have an account then you can sign in using one of the social media routes or by creating a new Learning Toolbox account.

Please note that this discussion thread is public and viewable by anyone who looks at the ePoster. The presenter can choose to turn off the discussion thread if they do not wish to allow discussion around the ePoster. This is done in the editor function. Please contact the Virtual Help Desk if you need assistance with this at any time.
