Registration Desk

The Registration Desk will be in the Plaza Concourse Level Foyer of the Sheraton. Registration is open at the following times:

Saturday, August 13: 12:00–7:30 p.m.
Sunday, August 14: 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Monday, August 15: 7:45 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, August 16: 7:45 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, August 17: 8:00–11:00 a.m.

Regarding promo codes:

If you have a promo code, the original price will still display during the first part of registration. You will have a chance to confirm your promo price after entering your information.

Exhibitors, please use exhibitor registration to use the Exhibitor codes.

Name Badges

Your official WBC name badge is required during all scheduled programming and events, including the hospitality room. There will be a $50.00 fee for reprinting a name badge. Lost or misplaced tickets for WBC events will not be reprinted.

* Each exhibiting company is entitled to one (1) complimentary registration. Each exhibitor, including the complimentary registration, must complete the only registration form.

Regular, Speaker/Presenter, Retired, Exhibitor, and Student registration fees include the Welcome Reception, Afterglow party, Block Party, luncheons, and entrance to the technical sessions, workshops, exhibit hall, and hospitality suite.

Single Day registration includes a luncheon and entrance to the technical sessions, workshops, exhibit hall, and hospitality suite on day of attendance. It does not include the Welcome Reception, Afterglow, or Block Party.

Guests

The guest fee includes access to the hospitality suite only. It does not include access to programming or exhibition, and guests wishing to attend the Welcome Reception, Afterglow, or Block Party must purchase extra tickets or purchase the Guest Package, which includes tickets for the Welcome Reception, Afterglow, or Block Party as well as access to the hospitality suite.  Co-workers and business associates are not considered guests and must pay registration fees.

Cancelation/Refund Policy

Registration cancellations must be made in writing and received by WBC 2016 no later than July 5, 2016, and are subject to a $100 processing fee. Ticketed events will be fully refunded up until this date. Ticketed events and meeting registration cancellations received after July 5, 2016, are not subject to a refund. WBC reserves the right to cancel any ticketed event should registrations not meet the minimum number of participants required. In the event of a WBC-cancelled event, WBC will fully refund registration fees for the cancelled ticketed event. WBC is not liable for nonrefundable airfares or ticket change penalties imposed by the airlines. By registering for this meeting, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms and conditions.
