Single Day registration includes entrance to all scientific sessions and workshops, posters, networking events, and the hospitality suite ONLY on the day that is purchased.​

Badge Share registration option gives a company or brewery the flexibility to share one full registration between a minimum of two (but up to four) persons at the same company/brewery. ​


SAVE When You STAY!

As you register, indicate that you will be staying at the Hilton Minneapolis (the official meeting hotel) and SAVE $100 on your registration! This discount does not apply to Student, Single Day, or Badge Share Program registrations.

Optional Ticketed Events

There will be a selection of precongress workshops and field trips that attendees can add to their registration. Additional fees will apply. More information will be posted here as it becomes available. Check back often!

Guest Information

Guests must register and purchase the Guest Bundle, which includes access to the hospitality suite, Saturday's Opening Reception and Afterglow, and Tuesday's Closing Party: The Great Brewing Get-Together. Each Guest Bundle is $289.00. 

Guests are required to have a name badge and ticket to attend ticketed functions and while they are in the hospitality suite. Guests do not have access to the scientific sessions, posters, or exhibit hall. 

Co-workers and business associates are not considered guests and must pay registration fees.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Meeting cancellations MUST be made in writing and received no later than June 26, 2020. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $75 processing fee; any guest tickets purchased will be fully refunded. Registration and ticketed event cancellations received after June 26, 2020, are NOT subject to a refund. WBC reserves the right to cancel the meeting if a sufficient number of registrations are not received by June 26, 2020. If WBC cancels this meeting, your registration fee will be refunded in full. In the event WBC cancels this meeting, WBC is not liable for nonrefundable airfares or ticket change penalties imposed by the airlines. By registering for this meeting, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms and conditions.

Abstract Presenter Registration Deadline

Every presenter of an oral presentation or poster abstract MUST register by June 25, 2020 or the abstract will be withdrawn from the meeting.

Attendees from Outside the United States​

The United States has updated its visa policies to increase security for citizens and visitors, so the process of applying for your visa may have changed from the last time you applied or may take longer. Please visit the U.S. Visa website for official information. The Department of State encourages ​you to apply for your visa as soon as possible. Some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews, so applicants should contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview. Visa wait times are available at https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en.html.

Expected Behavior Policy

Please note, if you register a guest for the meeting, you may be held responsible for the actions of the guest. Violations of this policy should be reported to meeting staff.
 
WBC reserves the right to remove any individual from attendance or other participation in any WBC sponsored event without prior warning or refund, and to take additional action as determined necessary, up to and including expulsion from participation in WBC, ASBC, and/or Master Brewers Association.​​​​ Any course of action recommended by WBC is final.
